COMMUNICATION MUSEUM
Located in the heart of a 70-hectare (173-acre) estate in the Château de Pignerolle, the Musée de la Communication traces the evolution of communication techniques from prehistory to the present day. Discover the great heroes of communication - Gutenberg, Jules Verne… - through a new tour based on images (plasma screens) and sound (audio guides available in adult, child and English versions).

SLATE MUSEUM
The museum stands next to an old open-cast mine. Visitors have a rare opportunity to attend a demonstration of a slate-splitting.

AIR TRANSPORT MUSEUM
The incredible adventure of the aviation pioneers: in over 3,500 m2 (37,600 sq.ft.) of space, discover the museum's historic planes and gliders, restored and maintained in flying condition.


HEADRESSMUSEUM
Located in the keep of the Château des Ponts de Cé, the Musée des Coiffes displays a unique collection of over 600 head-dresses and bonnets from Anjou and other French regions. You can also discover the brand new wig production workshop.
